Donuts galore!

One of my absolute favorite (although lethal) desserts, are donuts! They are so versatile and you can make them as easy or complicated as you wish, just take a look at the diversity of Dunkin' Donuts.. I mean, who would say no to a Dulce de Leche or Chocolate Coconut Cake Donut? Yum!
The tastiest donuts, however, are either home-made, or the jelly & vanilla cream filled, chocolate covered ones that you can buy at the Adriatic Riviera whilst laying on the beach.

The cakes of midsummer!

Midsummer means good food, great company and delicious cakes!

Starting off with a traditional flavour combination of strawberries 'n' cream, in a slightly different format; completed with italian savoiardi biscuits and vanilla yogurt.

...followed by a blackberry- banana- vanilla cream creation of my own (my favorite of the two!)
