I think that I kind of outdid myself with this one =)

Not to mention the full spread of small desserts (thanks to mum)!

Cheese rolls, falafel, lettuce, olives (garlic/ chilli filling), fresh cantaloupe melon and garlic cremé is all you need to make this wonderful dish. The combination of the savory rolls, sweet cantaloupe and spicy cremé is what highlights the tastes!

Also, don't forget to experiment with different ingredients, dont limit yourself to the vegetable-section in the supermarket, open your heart to the idea of fruit, beans, nuts, seeds, onions, peas, pickles, etc.
