Spring rolls with vegetable and chicken filling

Two new flavours of -Glögg- on the market :D

Red wine with a hint of liqourice... subtle but strong from Herrgårds Glögg!


... and Blossa X, with saffron extracted in cognac, then blended with dry white wine, sweet portwine and classic spices. (in a gorgeous golden bottle!)


Raisinetted scones!

With cranberry marmelade- one of the best toppings for a sweet scone!



The perfect hybride of scones and oat cakes/ raisinettes.

There's just something about blue cheese and honey...


Enchilada garnished with super salty
blue cheese and sweet honey.
Perfectly combined with the savoury filling!


... which consisted of spicy Macedonian ajvar, chopped red onions, green peppers, procuitto, spices and a drizzle of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)



A very Bon Appétit indeed!

Almost forgot...

The sweet Hungarian Tokaji white wine. One of my favorite sweet wines;
perfect with any chocolate or mocha dessert!



Pancake 'n' omelet galore

Omelet with garlic, zucchini, red peppers and cream cheese. YUM!!

caramelized bananas and icing sugar.
